Its work consists of STRICTLY CHECKING all the lamp or the decorative accessory that arrives at the store. Quality is fundamental throughout our sales process.
We review both the quality of the finished product, as well as its packaging and correct labeling. The strict testing of packaging is a fundamental task in the logistics process, which allows us to always comply with the strict shipping regulations of international parcel companies.
Once our products and packaging exceed our own quality system, the logistics team proceeds to ship:
- The delivery time for the American stock collections is 60 days, time necessary to re-install the electrical system. Products require adaptation from UL (American system) to CE (European system).
- And as always, products from the Savoy House Europe collection will be ready for pick up within 48 hours.
